1. Eligibility

2. Products & Information

  • Our herbal remedies are traditional formulations based on Unani-Tibb practices.

  • They are not substitutes for medical treatment. Please consult a doctor if you have a medical condition.

  • Product descriptions, images, and packaging may differ slightly due to updates or variations.

3. Orders & Payments

  • Orders are accepted via our website only.

  • We accept:

    • Cash on Delivery (COD) – available within Pakistan.

    • Direct Bank Transfer – requires advance payment confirmation.

  • Orders will not be shipped until payment is verified (except COD).

  • We reserve the right to cancel orders in cases of stock unavailability, incorrect information, or suspected fraud.

4. Shipping & Delivery

  • Local delivery: 3–5 working days within Pakistan.

  • International delivery: 7–15 working days, depending on courier and customs.

  • Shipping charges are calculated at checkout.

  • Delivery delays due to courier, customs, or force majeure are beyond our control.

5. Returns & Refunds

  • Returns are accepted within 7 days only if the product is defective, expired, or incorrect.

  • Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

  • Refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7–10 working days after approval.

  • Change-of-mind returns are not accepted for health and hygiene reasons.

6. Customer Responsibilities

  • Provide accurate contact and shipping details.

  • Ensure safe usage of products according to provided instructions.

  • Notify us immediately in case of damaged or missing products.

7. Limitation of Liability

  • We are not responsible for misuse of products, self-medication, or failure to seek medical advice.

  • Our maximum liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

  • Unauthorized use, reproduction, or distribution is prohibited.
