Q2: What payment methods do you accept?
We currently accept:

  • Cash on Delivery (COD) (Pakistan only)

  • Direct Bank Transfer (orders dispatched after payment confirmation)

Q3: Will I get an order confirmation?
Yes, once you place an order, you will receive a confirmation email or WhatsApp message with your order details.

Q4: How long does delivery take?

  • Within Pakistan: 3–5 working days

  • International Orders: 7–15 working days (depending on customs and courier service)

Yes, we ship internationally. Customers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or restrictions in their country.

You’ll receive a tracking number via email, SMS, or WhatsApp once your parcel has been dispatched.

Yes, returns are accepted within 7 days only if the product is damaged, expired, or incorrect. Products must be unused, sealed, and in original packaging.

Once we receive and verify the returned product, refunds are processed via bank transfer within 7–10 working days.

Q9: Can I exchange a product instead of a refund?
Yes, if the product is eligible for return and the replacement is in stock, we can exchange it.
